Grand Valley State University is close to breaking ground for its new proposed library. I am using the image of the libaray to demonstrate HTML images. The image uses a JPEG file because it is a photo and has multiple colors in the image. JPeg is a better choice than GIF because GIF files are best used for logos or images that have need of transparency in the background. Neither of these is necessary for the chosen image.
