2) If you cannot make it to any of the scheduled office hours, I will be glad to schedule an appointment at another time convenient for both of us. To do so, talk to me before/after class or send me an email, at least 24 hours before the time you would like to meet so that I have enough time to arrange my schedule or suggest another day/time to meet. If you are sending an email, suggest at least two times that we can meet in your email after checking the above schedule. Empty spots (before 5pm) and "prep for class" spots are potential meeting times.
