Posing questions

Scientific inquiry can be defined, explained, and described in many ways. One of the most effective and efficient methods of solving problems is to pose a very succinct question. Make it as direct as possible. Additional writing may be appropriate to clarify the question, but the best question will stand on its own merit. It is also best and most elegant if that question can be answered by a simple yes or no answer. Examples.
