My primary research area is graph theory. I study two-path convexity in multipartite tournaments, the relationship between the solitaire game "Lights Out" and domination theory, and multidesigns of the complete graph.
I also continue to have a peripheral interest in coalgebras, Hopf algebras, and, more generally, associative and coassociative algebraic structures. I have primarily focused on results describing what happens when the base field of a given coalgebra or Hopf algebra is extended.
