I created and maintain this bilingual website for the local Chinese community in West Michigan with the design goals of content delivery and community building. CSS layout techniques are used for page design.

East Asian Studies program of Grand Valley State University
needed a professionally-designed web space to promote the program
and recruit students. I did not spend much time on visual design
but focused on repurposing content to address to different audiences
who will be interested in this program.
IBM VisualAge Micro Edition 1.4 Product Website
As a Web Developer Intern in a three people team, my major
projects include implementing data driven pages with PHP and
JavaScript,revamping the "Download" section, revising
the CSS, and incorporating new browser-compatible navgation
menu with the javascript-intensive website.
Hispanic Civic Center Website
My team designed, coded, tested and launched this start-up website.
The bilingual website for the Hispanic Civic Center in the Capital
District area of New York provides useful information to local
Hispanic community. A user-centered design lifecycle process
was applied through the whole design.
