CIOPW stands for "Charcoal Ink Oil Pencil & Watercolours," a book of black and white reproductions of EEC's artwork, published in 1931 in an edition of 391 numbered and signed copies. Ninety-nine works are reproduced—27 drawings and 72 paintings. There's a short one-page preface by EEC, and each artwork has a title, presumably chosen by EEC.
