the journal PRIMUS

PRIMUS: Problems, Resources, and Issues in Mathematics Undergraduate Studies is a leading journal for exchanging ideas about teaching collegiate mathematics. I wrote my first paper in PRIMUS while I was still a graduate student; I later refereed for the journal; and when founding editor-in-chief Brian Winkel constituted his first editorial board, I was fortunate to be invited. In 2010 I started serving as an associate editor, then as co-editor-in-chief with Joanna Ellis-Monaghan from 2015-2020, and now I'm grateful to be leading the editorial team as EIC.

You can see our 30+-year history of published papers at our main site hosted by Taylor and Francis, https://www.tandfonline.com/loi/upri20, plus we have an independent page that our editorial team manages, including a blog and history of our many special issues at https://primusmath.com/. If you are an MAA member, you have full access to the journal through your member portal, and many universities have subscription access. Each year we also select 5 exemplary papers that we make freely available, so you might check out the ones from 2021.
