This glossary of terms is intended as a guide for NRM 320 scholars.
Algorithm: Webster's dictionary says that an algorithm is a formula for solving a problem.
Mutual interaction: means that each of the elements affect all the others and is simultaneously affected by the others. ie. feedback is active in the system. There is an interface.
Mutually exclusive: means that an item, concept or other entity cannot be described or classified by the two (or more) opposing definitions at the same time. ie. it is either one or the (an)other, but not both (all).
