| 4) Look up the ingredients in the online Japanese supermarket Rakuten. How much would it cost to make this dish if you were in Japan? Is it available already prepared? If so, is it cheaper to buy it or make it yourself? |
| 5) How popular is this dish? Is it well known outside of Japan? Check this data on the Japanese food preferences of Japanese people, of Japanese children, and of other countries to see if it is included there. |
