Your presentation and paper can be of three different categories. However, all of them require that an abstract is submitted by the due date, Monday December 15 now Wednesday Dec 17, 2008 due to technical difficulties. Submitted abstracts will be accepted on the basis of peer review process. Acceptance of the abstracts will be notified by Dec 29, 2008.

Draft Paper is due on Feb 9, 2009


 Full Length Paper

It is a peer-reviewed scholarly paper that is accepted for presentation at the sessions and publication in the conference proceedings. If your abstract is accepted, a draft (due on Jan 23) and final paper (due on March 20) are required as per the time table and authors are expected to present their papers at the conference.

Abstract Length: No more than two (2) pages              Full Paper Length: No more than ten (10 ) pages.

 Presentation-only Paper

A scholarly presentation-only paper is an extended abstract that is accepted and scheduled for presentation at the sessions. Extended abstract will be published in the conference proceedings. If the abstract is accepted, authors are expected present their papers at the conference.

Extended Abstract Length: 2 pages

 Poster Paper

A poster paper a technical work in a display board format and it is posted for public view at a poster session. Poster may include diagrams, graphs, charts, photos and a small amount of text to illustrate major points of paper. Requires an abstract for consideration.  If abstract is accepted, a draft and final poster in electronic medium is required.
