Jack and Pat Reisterer
Not sure of the street address

Come see Jack and Pat as they stare into the
light.
Scott, their oldest son, is married to sweet, adorable Debbie. They live
in Charlotte, NC. They have a four-legged black child named Midnight (they do things
differently in NC), who is currently in his terrible teens (just like me). He has
selective hearing (also just like me) and a mind of his own. Scott works in
Accounting for Providence Country Club (he counts balls). He started there six
months ago and hopes to take advantage of free golf on Tuesdays after work when the
weather warms up a bit. Sweet, adorable Debbie works for a brokerage firm (smart,
too) on the retail taxable trading desk for Interstate/Johnson Lane. Their e-mail
address is Reretsier@aol.com (It's easy to
remember..Reisterer spelled backwards (although it's hard enough frontwards).
John Jr., the middle child, lives in Charlotte with his three children.
Jenna is 7, Jackson 5 (not the group) and Jordan 2. John is a successful basketball
coach. His team finished second in their conference. His 6'9" Center
received a full scholarship to Clemson University. John teaches Phys Ed and is Head
Basketball Coach at East Mecklenburg High School. He'll soon be busy helping Jackson
with T-Ball.
Thanks Debbie, for the update. Now how's about some pictures?
Jack and Pat (alias Pa pa and Nana)
The eldest of Norb and Doris's clan, Jack is the regional manager for a large
plumbing supply house. Jack's company has finally broken into the early
80s by providing his office with a computer. So, he now has email!
Pat is working for a local business in Huntington that provides costumes for any
occasion or theatrical need. She says she is loving it!
From across the pond, comes this update from Steve:
Steve, the youngest, is married to La (pronounced La). Her full name is
Chalaem (also pronounced La). (B-day: 26 Jan -- that's military representation for
Jan 26) They are currently stationed at Meldenhall RAF in England and will be there
for about two more years, possibly longer depending on what La and Uncle Sam (no relation)
decide. Steve and La celebrated their third wedding anniversay on 22 Jan.
Steve has two children. Josh is 11 (b-day 7 Mar) and Brittany will be 8 on 17
Jun. Both younguns are living with their mom in NC Charlotte (I'm just trying to be
cute).
La has one daughter Elisa who just turned 6 on 27 Apr. She's big into drawing and
loves her Barbie's. She is living with her dad in IN Columbus.
Steve's military specialty is communications. He is a SSGT (Staff Sergeant?) in
the Air Force and takes care of telephone switching, programming and installing.
He also designs tele-communications systems. (Not a bad gig as long as he
doesn't end up having to recreate Ma Belgrade.) Steve would love to hear from
all his kith and kin.

Dateline: Saudi Arabia (03/19/01)
Update from the SANDBOX (Saudi Arabia) Good evening Uncle Thom. How are
things? I got settled in pretty well. I live in a villa that has 5 bedrooms,
kitchen area, and common area. In my room I have a king size bed, TV/VCR,
and a couch and chair. On top of the villa there is a lounge deck. Should be
able to work on my tan on the off day. Boy it's ruff living. I get almost
everything free, such as toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper
towels, and cleaning supplies. The food on the dining hall is pretty good
but I miss La's Thai food.
I'm working from 0700-1700 Monday thru Saturday. That's 7:00am-5:00pm for
non-military. We stay busy here unlike Mildenhall so most of the time we
work late. I'm working on the telephone switch, computer/LAN lines, and some
tactical stuff.
I got an award today for being reconized as part of the Team of the week.
Not bad for only being here for 2 weeks.
Well need to go, I'll write back later.
Steve
