Read "Concise, SCANNABLE, and Objective: How to Write for the Web" and "How Users Read on the Web" and then prepare a written summary and response page posted as "assignment 4" to your own 351 web page (due before next Monday). Make good use of layers and CSS on this assignment page. (My evaluation of Assignment 4 will be based on the quality of your writing, your ability to address an anonymous audience interested in the work you are doing for this course, the accuracy of your content based on the readings, and your use of CSS and layers).
